Q: Is parking available?
A: Self-parking is available just next door at Icon Parking Garage. Pricing depends on size of vehicle. Visit website, or call 888-705-7845 for pricing.
Q: Where is Moxy Times Square located?
A: We’re located just south of Times Square in the heart of Manhattan at 485 7th Avenue, New York, NY 10018 (at 36th Street).
Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
Q: Can I have visitors during my stay?
A: All visitors of hotel guests must be registered at the hotel. If you would like to register a visitor, please visit the Front Desk and show proof of ID.
Q: Is there Wi-Fi access at Moxy Times Square?
A: Yes! We offer furiously fast and free Wi-Fi hotel-wide (and of course in all guest rooms).
Q: What’s included in the Moxy Times Square Destination Fee?
A: Daily enhanced WiFi, with additional benefits available for Gold+ Marriott Bonvoy members. Daily $30 Food & Beverage credit (for use at Bar Moxy), Daily Crunch Fitness Pass (available at all signature locations), Daily FUJIFILM Instax Polaroid Camera Rental (up to 10 film photos per day), Daily $40 Package Holding Credit (available at the UPS store at 121 W. 36th St.).
Q: Does Moxy Times Square store luggage?
A: Yes storage is available – just ask our *epic* crew for more details when you check-in.
Q: Does Moxy Times Square serve breakfast?
A: There are a variety of specialty coffee and pastries available for purchase at Café d’Avignon pop-up at Bar Moxy. Hotel guests are welcome to complimentary drip coffee available from 7am – 10am.
Q: Does Moxy Times Square have a restaurant?
A: We don’t have just one – we’ve got FOUR unique food and beverage options. Legasea Bar & Grill, a fresh take on bar and grill classics, serves lunch and dinner in a fun, casual atmosphere. For the best views of Manhattan, ascend to Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and enjoy cocktails and light fare. For everything else, we’ve got you covered with Bar Moxy & our Café d’Avignon pop-up, serving meals and grab and go items throughout the day.
Q: Does Moxy Times Square have a rooftop?
A: Humblebrag: Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge is the largest indoor/outdoor hotel bar in New York City. It’s got epic Empire State Building skyline views, rotating carousel seating, and oversized topiary gardens.
Q: What is Moxy Times Square’s smoking policy?
A: There are no butts about it, Moxy Times Square is a smoke-free environment. Don’t be a rule breaker – smoking in your room will result in a daily $250 fine.
Q: Does Moxy Times Square have a fitness center?
A: Yes! Located one floor below check-in, you can sweat any time of day (or night) at our state-of-the-art fitness center. Need some help? Q: Does Moxy Times Square have a business enter?
A: Yes! It’s called INK @MOXY. If you don’t have access to a computer or need to print, visit INK@MOXY for 24-hour complimentary use of 2 desktop computers and a printer. INK@MOXY is located on C level, next to the fitness center.
Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: Yes! Sorry cat lovers, dogs only. There is a $150 fee for one dog, per room, maximum size of 20lbs. Be sure to check out our House Pet package if you’re thinking of bringing Fido.

Q: Can I send a package to Moxy Times Square?
A: Packages addressed to the hotel are sent to the local UPS store, at 121 West 36th Street. Guests can pick up packages at UPS during their regular business hours. (Monday – Friday: 8:30AM – 8:00PM and Saturday: 11:00AM – 6:00PM). Package holding prices range from $5 – $130 depending on the size of your package.
Q: What else is going on at Moxy Times Square?
A: Everything! Pick your poison: guest DJ appearances, mixology classes, panel discussions, rooftop fitness classes, and collaborations with local artists. Check our programming calendar near check-in or, visit the calendar page.
Q: Need a little something extra in your room?
A: Look for our “Stash Closets” located on each floor behind the elevator landing near room 23. Simply swipe your key card for everything from extra towels to shower caps.
Q: What airports are nearby?
A: We are in close proximity to the three major New York/New Jersey airports including John F. Kennedy, LaGuardia, and Newark airports.
Q: How do I get to Moxy Times Square?
A: Planes: Shuttle service and trains to EWR, JFK, and LGA are available from Penn Station, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Any NYC Yellow Taxi will take you to JFK for a flat rate of $52.00. Trains: The B,D,F,M,N,Q,R, and W lines are located 2 blocks away via Herald Sq34th Street & 6th Ave. Automobiles: To arrange a car service, please contact the front desk – or do it the local way and whistle for a yellow cab over on 7th Ave!
