55 min full body high intensity, low impact body weight workout. Each class has a strong focus on moving with intention, and slow and controlled movements to fire up those endurance muscle fibers for a complete body burnout!
10/1 Full Body Strength & Sweat with Danni / @danni.alderson
45 mins to build full body strength, with a focus on core combined with Tabata style HIIT to get the heart rate up & a sweat on.
10/8 Box N’ Core with Amber / @nakedwellness
A heart pumping 35 minute boxing and core workout focused on boxing technique through a series of boxing combos and core training intervals.

Brought to you by Casey Cohen, Founder of BeTC (#bethechange) these signature workout classes will be sure to challenge & inspire you. This class is designed to simultaneously build strength and endurance with an emphasis on upper, core and lower body work. It will build up your cardiovascular endurance, improve your agility and even increase bone density… so jump right in! If you want to make a change, you have to be willing to make a change. Integrating the best elements from two forms of mindful movement, this blend of Yoga and Pilates is a full body workout. We’ll be aiming to build strength – with an emphasis on strong cores/healthy backs – and increase our flexibility. Throughout class we’ll be staying connected to our breath, focusing on using breathing techniques to help us achieve proper alignment.
11/26 TURKEY BURN: 90 minute Sculpt, Flow + Stretch / @druedemilo
Target muscles you didn’t know you had. Easy to follow, and impossible to perfect; Drue’s signature workout combines traditional Barre with Pilates, a martial arts influence, and extreme attention to detail to build a strong core, lifted butt, and long lean thighs. No equipment or cardio involved, but you’ll leave sweating. And taller.
